Welcome to VillaVote. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services. By using VillaVote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our": refers to the VillaVote team/company.
• "You", "User": refers to any individual using the app either as a guest, registered User, or Agent.
• "Agent": Refers to individuals or businesses registered to list and promote villas or hotels via the VillaVote platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VillaVote. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To access features such as booking or property listing, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account.

4. Agent Registration

Agents must provide valid identification (e.g. National ID) to list properties. All property listings must be legal, authentic, and comply with regional laws. We reserve the right to suspend agents who violate these terms or provide misleading information.

5. Booking Process

Users may browse, select, and book villas or hotels through the app. By booking, you agree to the stated terms, including cancellation policies and fees. VillaVote is not responsible for disputes between users and agents but may assist in resolution when possible.

6. Payments

All payments must be made via the in-app payment system. We use secure third-party payment gateways. Users are responsible for reviewing total charges before confirming a booking.

7. Communication & Chat

The app includes chat features to connect users and agents. All communication must remain respectful and professional. Harassment, spamming, or misuse of this feature may result in account suspension.

8. Content Use

You may not copy, download, or redistribute property images, descriptions, or any content from the VillaVote app without permission. Agents grant VillaVote the right to use uploaded property images for promotional purposes.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policy set by each property or agent. VillaVote may assist in the resolution of disputes but does not guarantee refunds unless otherwise specified during the booking process.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users and agents are strictly prohibited from engaging in:

• Fraudulent bookings or listings
• Uploading misleading or false information
• Bypassing the VillaVote payment system
• Harassment or abuse via the chat system

11. Community Standards & User-Generated Content

VillaVote allows users to post content such as comments, reviews, and messages. To ensure a safe and respectful environment, we enforce the following rules:

• Zero-Tolerance Policy: Users must not post or share any content that is offensive, abusive, pornographic, violent, threatening, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. Such content will result in immediate removal and possible account termination.
• Content Filtering: We use automated and manual tools to detect and filter objectionable content before and after it is posted.
• Flagging Mechanism: Users can report any post or message they believe violates our policies by using the in-app “Report” feature. All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
• Blocking Users: You may block other users to prevent further communication or content visibility from them.
• Developer Action: We take all reported violations seriously. Any user found violating these community standards may have their content removed and their account permanently suspended.

By using VillaVote, you agree to uphold these community standards and understand that your account may be suspended or terminated if you fail to comply.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the platform, or engage in unethical behavior.

13. Limitation of Liability

VillaVote is a platform that facilitates connections between users and property providers. We are not responsible for the actual quality, availability, or legal compliance of listings. In no event shall VillaVote be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified via app or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
